Inner Alignment in Taoist Teaching
Inner balance is not a fixed emotional state. It is the absence of internal conflict.
When thoughts and emotions are no longer in opposition, perception becomes unified. This state is often described as alignment.
Alignment without suppression
In Taoist understanding, emotional alignment is not about suppressing emotion, but allowing it to move without resistance.
When nothing is resisted internally, nothing accumulates. When nothing accumulates, clarity becomes stable.
Balance is not achieved through effort — it is revealed when effort is no longer fragmented.
