Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing estimates shown on the product page or at checkout apply. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, preparation may take longer.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout based on the destination and order. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the carrier accepts the parcel. Tracking updates can take time to appear.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless shown as prepaid at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. If a parcel is delayed, lost, returned, or shown as delivered but cannot be found, email goiurui99@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
